Acupuncture and Herbs

Acupuncture is the placing of very fine needles at particular points on the body, with the intention of improving health and wellbeing.

Traditional Chinese Acupuncture is based on the idea that energy or chi runs all  through the body. when chi becomes blocked, you may experience fatigue, pain, low mood and lack of resilience.

 

 

Manual Therapies

Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils from plants and flowers. Each essential oil has a distincted aroma and property when blended together create a unique smell and use that helps with both the mind and body. Sweet Orange essential oil, for example contains a large amount of an active ingredient that is uplifting for the mind.

 

Hot Stones

Natural heated smooth stones are used as part of a massage treatment to aid in reducing chronic pain, decreasing muscle spasms and increasing flexibilty to joints.

Joint Releasing

This type of massage incorporates stretches that help release joint pain especially in the shoulder or lower back region.

 

Acupressure

Works just like Acupuncture but without needles specific points are stimulated manually to relax stiff muscles, reduce cramps and aid relaxation​

 

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

 
A gentle technique used to move excess fluid in the arms, legs or facial area.
 
 
 
Cupping
 

A form of therapy where plastic cups are placed on the skin to create suction thus creating blood flow improving stifness and reducing pain.

 

Facial Rejuvenation​

A combination of Acupuncture and Jade Rollers which helps decongest, lift and revitalise the face and neck area.
